A leading law firm is seeking an associate to join its Finance Practice Group focused on debt finance transactions. The associate will support various financing arrangements and documentation, interact directly with clients, and manage transaction aspects from initiation to closing. Qualified candidates should have 3-6 years of experience in debt finance, strong drafting and analytical skills, and must hold a JD from an ABA accredited law school.

The position is based in multiple U.S. cities including Tampa, with a salary range of $260,000 - $390,000.
