Typical Day

The Assistant Vice President Mortgage Fulfillment will be a key contributor in workflow management, new initiatives, process development and culture building. As the AVP Mortgage Fulfillment, you will monitor workflows and queues to ensure service levels are met, develop process improvements or actively seek methods to streamline business processes and manage and set goals for a team.

  • Operate risk management controls to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations
  • Effectively leverage resources to monitor queue performance, identify patterns and trends causing issues and work towards business solutions
  • Develop new and more innovative, efficient processes to improve overall end to end cycle times or improve quality
  • Responsible for communicating monthly results to Management on departmental performance objectives
  • Monitor performance of staff according to established standards
  • Perform other related duties as required and assigned
  • Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization’s desired culture and values
What You’ll Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or related field preferred, or equivalent direct industry experience
  • 7+ years of mortgage experience required
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, Word and PowerPoint)
  • Strong analytical skill set

  • Mid‑range
    - Experience and skills align with proficiency in the role
  • Higher in range
    - Experience and skills add value above typical requirements of the role

Salary: $68,000 - $115,000
