Data Integration Lead Analyst – Role SummaryCiti is seeking a Data Integration Lead Analyst to play a pivotal role in our Data Transformation journey. The position involves leading day‑to‑day execution, fostering cross‑functional collaboration, and applying strong analytical and project management skills to tackle complex data challenges and support key business objectives.
You’ll be at the forefront of shaping how we leverage data, collaborating across Functions, Regions, and Lines of Business to deliver critical data solutions and support high‑impact use cases.
Professionals with direct experience implementing Loan IQ, GMI, or Broadridge are strongly encouraged to apply.
Your Impact &Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Data Leadership: Drive day‑to‑day execution and adoption of Citi’s Data Transformation Plan, guiding initiatives from concept to implementation.
- Subject Matter Expertise: Act as a trusted SME within Banking (e.g., Corporate & Institutional Loans) and Trading Book (e.g., Derivatives, Securities), planning and analyzing project deliverables and processes, and liaising with multiple Data teams.
- Accounting/Financial Reporting & Regulatory Reporting: Knowledge of Capital, Liquidity reporting and other regulatory requirements.
- Trade Lifecycle, Credit Agreements & Facility: Understanding of trade processes and credit facilities.

Collaboration:
Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, facilitating seamless execution through effective meetings and communication. - Project &
Risk Management:
Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, proposing innovative solutions and ensuring timely delivery of complex data projects. - Data Governance & Quality Assurance: Champion data quality, lineage, and governance frameworks, conducting analyses to develop business requirements, manage data issues, and define quality rules.
- Data Analysis: Analyze banking and financial data (deposits, credit/debit cards, payments, etc.), write complex SQL queries, profile data, and support data modeling.
- 6+ years of relevant experience in Banking or Finance.
- Experience managing and implementing successful projects.
- Ability to adjust priorities as needed and work in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
- Comprehensive understanding of how own area and others collectively integrate to achieve business objectives.
- Familiarity with data concepts.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to develop and deliver multi‑mode communications and influence relationships at all levels.
- Bachelor’s or University degree (or equivalent experience).
- Master’s degree preferred.
