Program Finance Analyst

About the Role

The Financial Analyst supports financial, business, and budget analysis for defense and security programs. The role includes collecting, verifying, and analyzing financial data from multiple sources to produce reports that guide program decisions.

• Maintain and update projects in Cobra using Earned Value techniques (Budget, Performance, Actual, ETC).
• Set up and maintain project IDs in Cost Point.
• Provide financial support and recommendations to Program Managers and Control Account Managers.
• Assist Program Managers with EAC updates as required by Sarbanes‑Oxley controls.
• Compile and analyze financial information for recording transactions, preparing reports, and verifying accuracy.
• Prepare monthly forecasts for revenue, profit, cash, and new orders.
• Support Senior Analysts with a variety of program tasks.
• Assist other finance department members with data review and analysis prior to submission.
• Maintain a positive work atmosphere by communicating cooperatively with customers, co‑workers, and managers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent people skills for collaboration in a multidisciplinary, diverse team.
• Outstanding work ethic and commitment to organizational success.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; strong communication, collaboration, and time‑management abilities.
• U.S. citizen required; due to U.S. Government contract requirements.

• All government and proprietary information will be accessed and stored electronically on company‑provided resources.
• Eligible for DoD Personal Security Clearance.
