Key Responsibilities for the Chief Financial Officer (CFO):

• Lead FP&A, forecasting, and board-level reporting
• Oversee accounting operations through the Controller/VP Finance
• Manage billing processes and AR strategy
• Serve as strategic advisor to the CEO and executive leadership team
• Strengthen financial processes, reporting, and operational rigor

Qualifications for the Chief Financial Officer (CFO):

• Prior CFO or executive-level finance leadership experience
• Background in a large or complex organization
• Experience with strategic finance, board reporting, and FP&A
• CPA required
