Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

This is an opportunity for a finance professional who enjoys building processes, improving reporting capabilities, and working closely with senior leaders. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, advanced Excel abilities, experience with Power BI or similar tools, and the ability to translate financial data into actionable recommendations.

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
• Develop financial models, scenario analyses, and performance reporting for leadership
• Prepare executive-level reporting, KPI dashboards, and financial insights
• Analyze business performance, identify trends, and provide recommendations to support decision-making
• Support strategic initiatives, including acquisitions, due diligence, and integration efforts
• Improve FP&A processes through automation, reporting enhancements, and technology solutions
• Partner cross-functionally with finance, operations, and executive teams

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• 3+ years of corporate FP&A experience (open to strong Senior FP&A Analysts)
• Advanced Excel skills required
• Strong Power BI experience preferred; SQL, Tableau, or similar tools considered
• Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools
• Strong financial modeling, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to present complex financial information clearly to senior leadership
