, we've been helping businesses move mission-critical freight since 2003. As a full-service, asset-light 3PL specializing in Expedite, FTL, LTL, and specialized transportation across North America, we're looking for an experienced Finance Director to build, lead, and scale our finance department.

This is an opportunity to shape financial strategy, improve processes, and build a high-performing team as our company continues to grow.

• Lead all day-to-day financial operations across the organization
• Oversee Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP)
• Develop and improve financial processes, controls, and reporting
• Manage cash flow, forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning
• Analyze profitability, margins, and operational performance
• Ensure financial accuracy, compliance, and best practices
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation and process improvements

• 5+ years of finance experience within a freight brokerage or 3PL environment
• Strong understanding of transportation and brokerage financial operations
• Proven experience managing Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
• Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills
• Advanced Excel and Quickbook experience
