Overview
Kforce has a client that is seeking a full-time Treasury Specialist in Tampa, FL. This is a Hybrid role. We are seeking a detail-oriented Treasury Specialist to support trust and escrow accounting, cash applications, reconciliations, compliance, and reporting activities. This role will work closely with finance teams to ensure the accurate processing of transactions, maintenance of accounts, and adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.

- Process trust and escrow receipts and disbursements
- Monitor, reconcile, and post client cash receipts
- Prepare monthly trust and treasury reports
- Support internal and external audit requests
- Perform account reconciliations, analysis, and ad hoc reporting
- Assist with cash application and treasury operations
- Partner with finance teams to ensure accurate reporting and compliance
- Maintain process documentation and training materials
- Monitor transactions for compliance with company policies and regulations
- Prepare variance analysis and management reporting
- Support special projects and other duties as assigned
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
- 2-5 years of treasury, cash application, trust accounting, escrow accounting, or related finance experience
- Strong Microsoft Excel and Office skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Elite 3E or similar financial systems is a plus
- Trust and escrow accounting
- Cash management and reconciliations
- Financial reporting and audit support
- Multi-entity or multi-jurisdictional environments
- Professional services or legal industry experience
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
