DescriptionWe are looking for a motivated Loan Officer in Training who is NMLS licensed or currently working toward getting licensed. This role offers hands-on experience, training, and plenty of room to grow with the company.
In-office position at 8622 N. Himes Ave., Tampa, FL.
ResponsibilitiesGather and verify loan documents
Ensure loan file accuracy and completeness
Prepare files for underwriting
Resolve outstanding conditions with team members
Maintain regulatory and company compliance
QualificationsNMLS licensed or working toward licensure
Strong communication and customer service skills
Organized, dependable, and eager to learn
Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
Mortgage or sales experience is a plus
Compensation$38,000 - $45,000 at plan compensation
