Experienced Investment Banking Analyst

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Tampa, FL. The Analyst will support deal execution across mergers and acquisitions and capital raising mandates. The role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously, and a commitment to meeting demanding deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Core responsibilities include:

• Developing client presentations and marketing memoranda
• Building detailed models to evaluate projected financial results and value companies
• Conducting market analysis and industry research
• Collaborating closely with senior bankers and other team members

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of Investment Banking experience
• Industry transaction experience preferred within Healthcare, Industrials, Technology and Business Services
• Strong financial modeling, analytical, and computer (Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint) skills
• Experience with financial databases and software such as Pitch Book, CapIQ, and Deal Cloud
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field
• Relevant certifications (e.g., SIE and Series 79)
