We are looking for a motivated Loan Officer in Training who is NMLS licensed or currently working toward getting licensed. This role offers hands-on experience, training, and plenty of room to grow with the company. In-office position at 8622 N. Himes Ave., Tampa, FL.
Responsibilities:- Gather and verify loan documents
- Ensure loan file accuracy and completeness
- Prepare files for underwriting
- Resolve outstanding conditions with team members
- Maintain regulatory and company compliance
- NMLS licensed or working toward licensure
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Organized, dependable, and eager to learn
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
- Mortgage or sales experience is a plus
Compensation: $38,000 - $45,000 at plan compensation
Compensation: $38,000-$45,000 per year
