Pricing & Vendor Analyst
The Pricing & Vendor Analyst is responsible for delivering the data-driven analysis that powers smarter pricing decisions and stronger vendor economics across Legacy Service Partners' platform. You will own pricing analysis for our services and product sales, conduct elasticity studies that inform how we price across markets, and analyze vendor relationships including credits, rebates, and cost structures to ensure the platform is capturing every dollar of value available to it.
This is a role for someone who is analytically rigorous, commercially curious, and genuinely AI-forward in how they approach their work.
- Pricing Analysis:
Analyze pricing across services and product sales at the partner level, identifying opportunities to improve margin, close pricing gaps, and align rates with market conditions and customer demand. - Pricing and Elasticity Studies:
Design and execute pricing elasticity studies that quantify how pricing changes affect demand, conversion, and revenue across different markets, service lines, and customer segments. Translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations for operational and leadership teams. - Vendor Economics:
Analyze vendor relationships across the platform including credits, rebates, promotional structures, and cost terms. Identify opportunities to improve the economics of key vendor programs and ensure the platform is capturing all earned credits and incentives. - Data Modeling:
Build and maintain analytical models that support ongoing pricing and vendor performance monitoring, scenario planning, and strategic decision-making. - Pricebook Management:
Support technology and operations team maintain up-to-date and accurate price books, based on purchase data, to protect margin and price correctly to the customer. Leverage automations to scale across companies who cannot manage this today. - AI-Accelerated Analysis:
Leverage AI tools and automation to accelerate data gathering, modeling, and insight generation. Bring a proactive, AI-forward mindset to every workstream, continuously identifying ways to work faster and produce higher-quality outputs. - Reporting and Insights:
Develop clear, partner-specific and platform-level reporting on pricing performance and vendor economics. Translate complex data into concise, actionable recommendations for GMs, operations leaders, and senior finance leadership. - Cross-functional Collaboration:
Partner with Finance, Operations, and the Senior Manager of Platform Operations to align pricing and vendor strategies with broader business objectives and growth plans.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field
3+ years of experience in pricing analysis, vendor analysis, or a related analytical role
Demonstrated proficiency with data analysis tools including advanced Excel; experience with SQL, or BI platforms a plus
Genuine comfort with and enthusiasm for AI tools where you actively use them to work smarter, not just as a talking point
Experience with pricing elasticity modeling or consumer pricing strategy preferred
Familiarity with vendor rebate and credit structures in a multi-location or distributed business environment preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex analysis clearly to non-technical audiences
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple analytical work streams simultaneously

What Onboarding Looks LikeIn your first 30 days, you will learn the platform's pricing structures, vendor landscape, and data environment while building relationships with Finance, Operations, and Platform Operations counterparts. By day 60, you will be producing independent pricing and vendor analyses and have identified at least one material opportunity for margin improvement or vendor economics optimization. By day 90, you are a productive, trusted analytical resource for the platform, delivering insights that directly influence pricing decisions and vendor negotiations.
