Achieve individual and branch targets by proactively identifying customer needs and advising Regions' small business solutions;
Conduct outbound phone calls to expand relationships and acquire new small business and consumer customers;
Serve as primary relationship manager for a portfolio of small business customers with revenues up to $5MM;
Educate customers on Regions' Consumer and Business products and services, including loan and deposit types;
Educate customers on Regions' digital banking offerings (mobile, online, ATM) to make banking easier
