Lead FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) Business Partner
to support our
Product Organization
. You will be the financial architect embedded within our Product and Engineering teams, helping to steer the ship for our flagship products, payments platforms, and international expansion initiatives.
- Strategic Business Partnering:
Act as the primary financial advisor to the Product Organization. You’ll translate complex product roadmaps into financial forecasts and help leaders make data-driven decisions on resource allocation. - Go-To-Market (GTM) Support:
Partner with the Product Marketing and commercial teams to build financial models for new product launches, tracking payback periods, LTV:
CAC, and attach rates. - Full-Cycle Financial Management:
Lead the annual budgeting and monthly forecasting processes for the Product org. You’ll own the "why" behind the numbers, providing deep-dive variance analysis that goes beyond the spreadsheet. - Performance Metrics & Reporting:
Develop and monitor KPIs specific to our verticals and product-level P&Ls. You’ll turn raw transaction data into actionable insights for the executive team. - Investment ROI & Modeling:
Build robust, driver-based models to evaluate the financial viability of new features, strategic acquisitions, and international expansion . - Operational Excellence:
Partner with the Accounting team during the close cycles to ensure accuracy in R&D capitalization and departmental spend.
- 4–6 years of experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, or Strategic Planning, ideally within the Fintech, Payments, or SaaS sectors.
- High proficiency in financial modeling and a "product-first" mindset. You understand how a line of code translates into a transaction fee or a subscription renewal.
- Expert-level Excel/Google Sheets skills. Experience with ERP/Planning tools and BI tools is a major plus.

- Solid communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
