As our firm continues to grow, we're looking for a Client Services Associate to join our Client Services team. This team serves as a dedicated extension of the financial advisors we support, helping them deliver an exceptional experience to their clients through operational, administrative, and account servicing support.

About the RoleAs a Client Services Associate, you'll serve as a trusted extension of a select group of financial advisors, helping manage the day-to-day operational needs of their practices and ensuring an exceptional experience for both advisors and their clients.
You'll coordinate client service requests, prepare account paperwork, work directly with custodians, and help ensure requests are completed accurately and efficiently. While much of your work happens behind the scenes, your contributions have a direct impact on the advisors we support and the clients they serve.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service.
What You'll Do- Serve as the primary operational support resource for a dedicated group of financial advisors.
- Prepare and process new account paperwork and account maintenance requests.
- Coordinate account transfers, rollovers, beneficiary updates, and money movement requests.
- Communicate with custodians such as Schwab, Fidelity, Pershing, and other financial institutions to resolve service requests.
- Track requests from initiation through completion while proactively keeping advisors informed.
- Maintain accurate client information within firm systems.
- Assist advisors with client meeting preparation and follow-up.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate completion of requests.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the advisor experience.
- Deliver timely, accurate, and professional service while managing multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications- Experience in wealth management, financial services, banking, or a related industry.
- Familiarity with brokerage and advisory account types and account servicing.
- Experience working with custodians such as Schwab, Fidelity, Pershing, or similar institutions.
- Experience preparing or processing new account paperwork, account maintenance requests, transfers, or money movement requests.
- Experience using CRM or workflow systems in a professional services environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A collaborative, client-first mindset and commitment to delivering outstanding service.
Candidates without direct wealth management experience will also be considered if they demonstrate exceptional customer service skills, strong administrative abilities, and a genuine desire to build a long-term career in the financial services industry.
