-da y mana ge m e nt of eac h gra nt to ensure proj ec t p e rform a nc e and mea s ur es and d e li vers outcom e s in accordance with fe d era l r eg ulation s within pro gra m r e qui r e m e nt s, and polici es a nd pro ce d ures.

In a ddition , th e Grant Proj ec t Manager also s ubmit s t ec hnical reports required b y th e fundin g organization. Under th e direction of th e Di r ec tor of Grants Project P e rform a n ce , th e Grant Project Manager will oversee multiple grant contracts.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Maintain s an up-to-date and accurate database of proposals and r epo rting du e d at es , k ee pin g r e l eva nt s taff in fo rm e d of upcomin g d ea dl ine s and e n s ur in g on-time and complete follow
    -through on all gra nt applications , and reports on awarded gra nt s .
  • Maintains acc urate a nd complete electronic and hard copies of gra nt files a nd dat a for th e primary gra nt s as we ll as any other gra nt s that m ay be assigned.
  • Serves as li a i so n between C lub s ta ff r eceiv i n g th e award a nd th e gran t o r to e n s ur e fund er r e port s are complete, ti mely , and accurate. Ass i s t s in pr e parat i o n of r eports to fundin g so urc es.
  • Pr e par es d a tab ases to ge n era te adequate g r a nt a nd proj ect reports.
  • Team orientated individual working collaboratively w ith pro gra m , finance , IT , and
  • faci li ty staff on proj ect goa l s , activities , outcomes , and gra nt d e liv era bl es. Works with acco untin g on complete and acc ur ate billin g of reimbursab l e ex p e n ses.
  • Communicates progress of gra nt proj ect act i v i ti es to int e rn a l and e x te rnal a ud i e n ces.
  • Co mpl etes a ll r e quired training and profes s i ona l deve l opment sess i o n s .
  • Other duti es a s as s i g n ed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • A bachelor's d eg r ee preferred or dir ec t experience with g rant s of at least 3 yea r s ma y substitute for e ducation.
  • D e mon s trat e d or ga ni za tional skills, including an understanding of gro up dynamics.
  • Pro ve n history of managing grants from pri v ate , corporat e, and / or g o ve rnment sources.
  • Expertise in nonprofit financial report in g, budget developm e nt , and grants compliance .
  • Proficiency with gra nt databases and CRM syst e ms.
  • Ex ceptional written comm unicati on, attention- to-d e tail , and organizational sk ill s.
  • Strong interp e r so nal and co ll aboration ski l ls.
  • Knowledge of Boys and Girls pro gra m s are a plus .
TRAVEL:

Travel may be required to multiple Club facilities throughout Hillsborough, Pasco and Pinellas County for training and/or other business purposes.
