Financial Planning & Analysis is responsible for being an objective and strategic financial partner, leading collaborative cross-functional effort to drive timely, relevant, flexible and efficient financial planning and analysis that supports our key business objectives and decisions.
Director of FP&A will partner directly with Customer Direct leadership, Corporate FP&A, and Marketing to drive and measure key financial metrics, customer retention, demand generation and key P&L line items regarding Sales/Marketing and Dispenser sales. The successful candidate will possess strong and effective communications across multiple levels of the Company and across multiple functional organizations. Excellent partnering and influencing skills are critical, with the ability to participate/and leverage cross-functional and regional teams.

• Financial leadership, P&L management, decision and strategy support for our organization across various lines of business
• Leads and aligns financial forecasts and long-range planning processes with our business leaders for all items surrounding Sales/Marketing and demand generation across the Customer Direct business segment
• Assists in key strategic review of the Customer Direct customer base, helping maximize topline growth through customer retention and acquisition
• Customer Direct Finance leader and key point of contact for Dispenser sales across the organization
• Drives business value by providing financial and analytical counsel to facilitate decision-making around strategic business initiatives.
• Leads in-depth financial, variance, and trending analyses for key profitability drivers and other financial and non-financial metrics. Interprets results and articulates actionable recommendations to maximize profitability and ensure financial targets are achieved.
• Analyzes performance to plan/forecast/prior year and recommends appropriate actions to ensure financial targets are achieved.
• Develops financial models, forecasts, proposals, presentations and performance measures to provide confidence to the Executive Team regarding financial decisions.
• Fosters and builds the financial acumen of internal customers through coaching and training.

• BA/BS required. MBA preferred
• 10+ Years of Progressive experience in FP&A, strategy, or pricing.
• Candidate must demonstrate high integrity, intellectual curiosity, self-motivation, and comfort with challenging/presenting ideas to the management team
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a willingness to proactively partner with functions across the company
• Strong analytical and strategic skills. Able to synthesize impactful insights from large data sets, and ability to communicate/influence senior leadership
• Team player with demonstrated ability to lead and influence others outside of their direct-reporting lines.
