The Wealth Management/Financial Advisor is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Tampa Bay Area. This role involves meeting with clients to understand their goals, values, and financial circumstances, and developing customized financial plans and investment strategies. The advisor will monitor portfolios, recommend adjustments, and provide ongoing guidance across retirement planning, tax efficiency, insurance and risk management, and estate considerations.
Daily responsibilities include conducting financial analyses, preparing and presenting recommendations, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and firm standards. The advisor will also participate in business development activities, nurture client relationships through regular communication, and collaborate with the team to enhance service delivery and practice growth.
- Strong skills in Financial Planning and Finance to analyze client situations and build comprehensive strategies.
- Expertise in Investment Management and Investments to design, implement, and review tailored portfolios.
- Knowledge of Insurance to assess risk exposures and recommend appropriate coverage solutions.
- Relevant education in finance, economics, business, or a related field; advanced coursework or certifications (e.g., CFP®, CFA®, ChFC®) are beneficial.
- Excellent interpersonal communication, client relationship management, and presentation skills.
- High ethical standards, fiduciary mindset, and commitment to regulatory compliance.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple client engagements, and use financial planning and CRM software effectively.
- Prior experience in wealth management, financial advising, or related financial services roles is preferred; mentorship is available for emerging professionals.
