We are seeking an experienced Senior Trust Administrator / Fiduciary Client Service Associate to support the administration of complex trust, estate, guardianship, custody, and investment management accounts. This role serves as a key relationship partner to clients, advisors, and internal teams, ensuring exceptional service, accurate account administration, and compliance with fiduciary requirements.
RESPONSIBILITIES:- Coordinate administration of trust, estate, guardianship, custody, and investment management accounts
- Serve as a primary contact for client service requests and account-related inquiries
- Support account opening, maintenance, cash movements, fee setup, and account reviews
- Ensure governing documents, account records, and compliance requirements are maintained accurately
- Partner with Trust Advisors, Estate Settlement Administrators, and Client Advisors to support client relationships and business development efforts
- Lead resolution of client issues and oversee execution of servicing action plans
- Mentor junior team members and identify opportunities for process improvement
- 3+ years of experience in trust administration, fiduciary services, wealth management, estate settlement, private banking, or related financial services
