Who We Want:

We are looking for an experienced Registered Advisor or advanced sales professionals (tech, medical, insurance, etc.)

Where We Are Hiring:

Tampa, Orlando and Tampa (local candidates strongly preferred)

What You'll Do:

Proactively build a robust client acquisition pipeline through strategic networking, center-of-influence referrals, and educational seminars.
Act as the primary relationship leader and trusted strategist for your clients
Conduct deep discovery sessions to uncover client needs, then design comprehensive financial plans and wealth strategies.
Rely on our internal and external specialized teams for operational and administrative functions

Entrepreneurial mindset with a high energy for mentorship, team collaboration, and continuous professional growth.
Unwavering integrity and honesty, with exceptional interpersonal skills to understand and prioritize client needs.
Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of proven professional experience.

Required Licensure:

State Insurance License – Florida Life and Health (2-15)
Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) FINRA exam
FINRA Series 7 & 66 registrations
Or some comparable mix / ability to obtain

Compensation:

Supplemental salary, commissions, bonuses & rewards programs.
