  • Leverage a professional network to support business development opportunities, marketing, proposals, and cross‑selling other WSP capabilities.
  • Contribute to client engagement and foster client relationships.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of federal regulations and grant requirements, ensuring all grant activities comply with federal guidelines including 2 CFR 200.
  • Manage and oversee the development of complex post‑award grant deliverables such as milestone/progress reports, financial reports, obligating grant funds, managing grant agreements, subrecipient oversight, and grant closeout.
  • Take initiative and collaborate with team members to deliver high‑quality deliverables and client services.
  • Serve as task lead/key staff for grant assistance contracts; manage scope, schedule, and budget.

  • 5‑7 years of experience performing complex grant functions, including grant writing for federal discretionary programs, executing grant agreements, post‑award grant administration, and grant accounting functions such as reconciliations, reimbursement requests, and financial reporting.
  • Previous experience supporting business development efforts, shaping pursuit strategy, and securing new advisory engagements with public and private‑sector clients.
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work well with multiple deadlines and flexibility to adapt to unanticipated client requests for grant development or management support.
  • Experience with post‑award grant management platforms such as the Federal Transit Administration (FTA) Transit Award Management System (TrAMS).
  • Exercise responsible and ethical decision‑making regarding company funds, resources, and conduct; adhere to WSP's Code of Conduct and related policies.
  • Proven track record of upholding workplace safety and ability to abide by WSP’s health, safety, and drug/alcohol and harassment policies.
Preferred Qualifications
