Obsidian Solutions Group (OSG) is seeking a Key Leadership Engagement (KLE) Planning Analyst to provide Key Leader Engagement (KLE) coordination support to the MARCENT Plans and Policy Directorate (G-5), managing the MARCENT KLE Program and Commander's AOR travel.
Specific Responsibilities- Assist in management of the MARCENT KLE Program, ensuring alignment with CENTCOM Commander's priorities and themes by country
- Coordinate with the CENTCOM TSC Branch, KLE Branch, and Commander's Action Group (CAG)
- Maintain MARCENT KLE-related web pages, historical files, and required documentation
- Assist the KLE Officer in preparing KLE plans and coordinate COMUSMARCENT AOR trip requirements
- Maintain oversight of HQMC KLEs to the CENTCOM AOR; track COMUSMARCENT AOR and National Capital Region (NCR) KLEs
- Prepare Trip Books for the Commander and Staff, including talking points, scene setters, biographies, and AARs
- Coordinate KLE quarterly reviews with the MARCENT SC Branch; update and track KLE actions on the CENTCOM KLE Portal and Calendar
- Attend planning conferences/working groups and provide IPRs, assessments, briefs, and information papers
- Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of relevant engagement coordination or staff planning experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience preparing executive-level trip and engagement materials preferred
- Active Secret clearance required
- Strong organizational, writing, and coordination skills
Work is generally performed in a standard office environment at Mac Dill Air Force Base, Tampa, Florida. Must be able to sit, stand, and use computer equipment for extended periods. Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs. occasionally.
Travel- Occasional travel required to support KLE planning conferences and AOR trip coordination.
