Advantage SCI is seeking a Senior All-Source Analyst to support the United States Central Command (USCENTCOM) requirements in Tampa, Florida and at a variety of other locations throughout CONUS and OCONUS. In this exciting role, you will focus on analytical requirements focused on counter terrorism, counter insurgency, regional and transregional issues, energy, socio-cultural, and/or assisting with collection methodology. Work Location:
Tampa, Florida. Anticipated Start: on contract award.
- Conduct analysis using intelligence and information from multiple sources to assess, interpret, forecast, and explain a range of national security issues and developments that are regional or functional in nature.
- Provide all-Source analytic support to collections, operations, investigations, and other defense intelligence analytic requirements.
- Analyze and evaluate intelligence from diverse sources, including classified and open-source materials, human intelligence (HUMINT), signals intelligence (SIGINT), imagery intelligence (IMINT), and geospatial intelligence (GEOINT).
- Conduct comprehensive research and analysis on regional trends, threat actors, political landscapes, and military capabilities to provide timely and actionable intelligence products.
- Develop and maintain expertise in specific areas relevant to the CENTCOM area of responsibility (AOR), such as regional politics, economics, cultures, and military organizations.
- Prepare intelligence briefings and reports to inform operational decisions, policy development, and strategic planning at various levels.
- Collaborate effectively with interagency partners, foreign counterparts, and other intelligence analysts to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the operational environment.
- Utilize advanced analytical tools and methodologies to process, analyze, and visualize complex intelligence data.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of intelligence collection methodologies and limitations to evaluate the credibility and reliability of information sources.
- Work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality intelligence products.
- Adhere to strict security protocols to safeguard classified information and ensure information security.
- Travel to CONUS or OCONUS as required.
- Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Poly (policy is mandatory; no exceptions).
- Minimum 12 years of All-Source analysis experience, with at least the last 2 years recent.
- Experience with ODNI’s analytic tradecraft guidance and writing to Intelligence Community Directives (ICDs), specifically ICDs 203, 205, 206, and 208.
- Understanding of the intelligence cycle, production requirements, and the Defense Intelligence Enterprise.
- Preferred:
Expertise in writing clear, concise, and well-organized intelligence reports following DNI analytic tradecraft standards. Operational intelligence experience. - Proficiency in using tools such as NGT, TAC, RMT, CRATE, and CHROME.
- Demonstrated ability to integrate as part of an analytical team, collaborate, and conduct coordination with national-level IC partners.
- Working knowledge of the CENTCOM AOR.
- Background at a Combatant Command or equivalent organization and experience in the regional, political, and military issues within the CENTCOM AOR.
- Master’s degree in All-Source analysis or a related field preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) with 10-15 years of All-Source analysis experience considered.
