- Responsibilities:
Receives all calls and visitors and, after determining nature of call or visit, refers and forwards to the Commander /Deputy Commander only those requiring personal attention;
Maintains Commander and Deputy Commander's calendar;
Receives and reviews all incoming mail distribution and documents prepared for Commander /Deputy Commander's signature to ensure that all are in compliance with regulations, grammar, format and special policies;
Makes all necessary travel arrangements, including schedules of visits, transportation and hotel reservations, Defense Travel System (DTS) matters for the Commander /Deputy Commander /Senior Enlisted Advisor
