Receives calls and visitors and, after determining nature of call or visit, refers and forwards to the Commander/Deputy Commander only those requiring personal attention.;
Maintains Commander and Deputy Commander’s calendar.;
Receives and reviews all incoming mail distribution and documents prepared for Commander/Deputy Commander’s signature to ensure compliance with regulations, grammar, format and special policies.;
Makes all necessary travel arrangements, including schedules of visits, transportation and hotel reservations, DTS matters for the Commander/Deputy Commander/Senior Enlisted Advisor
