The Air Force Civilian Service (AFCS) is looking for a Procurement Analyst (NH-1102-03) to work at Mac Dill AFB, FL
.
Step into a strategic Procurement Analyst role to shape USSOCOM procurement policy and procedures:
Translate DoW regulations & Executive Orders into practical workforce tools.
- Lead initiatives to improve organizational performance in acquisition through innovation.
- Develop procurement compliance tools and training & drive audit readiness.
- Brief senior leadership on critical procurement policy changes & management studies.
- Craft and implement business rules and best practices.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
Salary $89,508 - $138,370 with locality

- Knowledge of laws, policies, regulations and procedures governing contracting for Federal government in general and those in the specialty of special operations.
- Knowledge of the Acquisition related sections of the Competition in the Contracting Act, to include knowledge of the implementing regulations of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFARS).
- Ability to plan, direct and implement a HQ/Major Command Acquisition Program.
- Ability to implement acquisition reform through research of statues, emulation of commercial business practices and modification/improvement of existing techniques.
