Sr. All Source Analyst

Prescient Edge is seeking a Sr. All Source Analyst to support a Federal Government client. The All-Source Analyst will provide specialized senior-level expertise in multi-Intelligence analysis to retrieve, produce, and exploit standard and non-standard information, developing actionable intelligence products to support the mission. Intelligence Planners focus on Intelligence Preparation of the Operational Environment (IPOE), emphasizing critical infrastructure, advanced weapons, and C5

ISR systems. They are well-versed in systems analysis and capable of coordinating with interagency and partner nation personnel.

Tasks include leveraging classified, open source, and commercial data to inform operational strategies, providing expertise to adapting targeting methodologies, providing expertise for cognitive and behavior characteristics and support CI analytics for SOF and HUMINT operations, assessing global risks and threats contributing to the development of intelligence products, developing and submitting intelligence collection requirements to address identified gaps in knowledge, monitoring high-volume intelligence reporting channels to identify relevant information, evaluating the credibility, reliability, and relevance of incoming source information, creating and maintaining databases, link analysis charts, and timelines on key targets or topics of interest, fusing incomplete or contradictory information from various sources into a cohesive assessment, applying structured analytic techniques to mitigate bias and increase analytic rigor, authoring a range of analytic products, forecasting an adversary's likely course of action or assessing future political, military, or security developments, preparing and delivering intelligence briefings to a variety of audiences, responding to formal and ad-hoc Requests for Information (RFIs) from customers and other intelligence community partners, and tailoring intelligence products and briefings to meet the specific needs and level of knowledge of the customer.

Desired experience includes minimum of 12 years of all-source intelligence analyst experience at the full performance level, with 5 or more years working for or with strategic level intelligence agencies in the US Intelligence Community, at least 10 years of experience and knowledge in intelligence supports special operations, superior proficiency, knowledge, understanding, and experience with current all-source analytical techniques, theory, methodologies, processes, and tends, 3 or more years of experience writing formally finished intelligence assessments, experience preparing and delivering intelligence briefings at the O-6/GS-15 or higher, independently planning and executing complex all-source analysis, managing multiple, simultaneous analytic projects, providing formal or informal supervision and mentorship to more junior analysts, delivering direct, tailored analytic support to senior decision-makers, skilled at translating complex intelligence into clear, concise briefings and reports, working with a high degree of autonomy to tackle difficult and ambiguous intelligence problems, and troubleshooting analytic roadblocks and refining requirements in collaboration with customers.

Education preferred is a Master's degree in a closely related discipline to intelligence with 10 years of relevant professional experience or 15 years of professional experience in the intelligence career field.

Security clearance required is active TS/SCI and with the ability to obtain a CI Poly if needed.
