Overview
If you’re burned out from feeling like “just a number,” this might be the job you’ve been looking for.
Bayside Therapy Specialsits is a small, boutique pediatric clinic where we prioritize two things above all else: outstanding patient care with results and therapist satisfaction. Since January 2026, we are now a fully therapist-owned clinic meaning we are small by design, but we offer big-business benefits and real support.
We know therapy burnout is real. We envision this clinic to be the opposite of hospital systems and corporate clinics where therapists don’t feel heard. Here, your voice matters. You can speak up. You can innovate. You can grow. And you will be supported!
This is a place for skilled clinicians who think outside the box, therapists who value evidence-ased practice, but also know that older “classic” tools still have meaning. We love advanced training, trendy CEUs, and modern approaches but we also respect the fundamentals. Those black and white 1975 workbooks do have some value as well :)
We are looking for an SLP who wants to do meaningful work, not just crank through billable hours.
Why you’ll love it hereWe are a highly skilled, growth-minded clinic with advanced training opportunities in myofunctional therapy (MYO), feeding, AAC, PROMPT, and more. If you have a passion area you want to develop into a program, you will have full support to build it.
We also do things differently when it comes to your time and your worth.
We pay you for no-shows. And we have a firm attendance policy because we believe therapist time matters. We want families who are committed to real change, not families who treat therapy like daycare.
We offer a $1,000 sign-on bonus (can be used for relocation or as a bonus) with a 6-month commitment.
As a therapist-owned clinic, we offer stability, strong benefits, and a long-term home for clinicians who want to stay and grow.
Benefits include 401(k) matching, health insurance, dental insurance, PTO, holiday pay, and more.
Who we’re looking forWe are looking for a pediatric SLP who is motivated, compassionate, creative, curious, flexible, and clinically strong someone who wants to make a true difference in the lives of children and families.
We love therapists who are“intrapreneurs”people who bring ideas, initiative, and heart. Because when you change families’ lives, you change your own too!
ResponsibilitiesYou will provide pediatric speech and language evaluation and treatment services, collaborate with families and team members, and contribute to a clinic culture that prioritizes quality care and professional respect.
Requirements- Must be licensed (or license-eligible) as an SLP in Florida. Pediatric experience preferred, but we will consider strong clinicians who are passionate about working with children and eager to learn.
