Bay Care - - - Responsibilities:
Schedule procedures and collect patient information (demographics, insurance, procedures);
Communicate with patients, physicians, and hospital offices about scheduled procedures;
Keep patient and physician/hospital information current with scheduled procedures and payer guidelines;
Perform general clerical duties including answering phones and data entry;
Rotate shifts and travel within the Bay Care Health System area as needed
