Job Description:

* Demonstrates excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication and presentation skills for a diverse population.

* Educates, validates, and ensures accountability of all Patient experience tactics.

* Participates and ensures that rounding for outcomes occur daily.

* Manages and supervises day-to-day operations with the help of Assistant Managers, Team Leaders, and designated staff.

* Liaises with all divisions hospital-wide and regionally.

Education:

* Bachelor's [Required]

Field of Study:

* Bachelor's in Respiratory Therapy Required

Work Experience:

* 3+ years acute care rt experience [Required]

Licenses and

Certifications:

* Active and Current NBRC License as a Certified/Registered Respiratory Therapist through the National Board of Respiratory Care [Required]

* Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) [Required]

* Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) [Required]

* Advanced Cardiac Life Support Cert (ACLS) [Required]

* Pediatric Advanced Life Support Cert (PALS) [Preferred]

* Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) [Preferred]
• NBRC Neonatal/Pediatric Respiratory Care Specialty (RRT-NPS) [Preferred]
