Shift: Days | 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (Varies)
Schedule: Full-Time | Onsite
Status: Non-Exempt
Weekend Work: Occasional

Role OverviewAs a Pathology Medical Specialist, you will:
- Transcribe pathology, cytology, and select clinical laboratory test results
- Coordinate with technical staff on send‑out testing, re‑cuts, and special stain requests
- Compile and distribute final pathology reports to designated requestors
- Perform administrative duties including typing pathology correspondence, policies, and procedures
- Format QA/QI spreadsheets and reports
- Maintain files and reports for the Pathology Office
- Perform other duties as assigned
Required:
- High School Diploma or GED
Preferred:
- Associate’s degree in a related field
- Laboratory-related experience required
