We are seeking a compassionate, dependable caregiver to provide dedicated 1:1 support for a vibrant 36-year-old nonverbal autistic woman in her home and community. This is an immediate opening in Carrollwood, Florida, with flexible scheduling options and a supportive home environment.

This role involves providing individualized care and companionship to a woman who is nonverbal and autistic, and who is fully independent with her self-help skills. She thrives with consistent, caring support and enjoys participating in structured activities both at home and in the community.

• Provide 1:1 support and supervision
• Assist with evening routines and companionship at home
• Transport to and from work and community activities using a company-provided van
• Support participation in recreational and social activities
• Ensure safety, structure, and a positive daily experience
• Communicate effectively using patience and alternative communication methods as needed

• Experience supporting individuals with autism or special needs
• Patient, calm, and attentive demeanor
• Reliable transportation to and from Carrollwood, FL
• Comfortable driving a company van
• Able to commit to a consistent schedule
• Background in caregiving, special education, behavioral support, or related fields preferred

• Private bedroom during overnight shifts
