Anazao Health compounds preparations for Age Management, Weight Management, IV Therapy, Sexual Health, Vitamin Injections, Hormone Replacement, Hair Care Solutions, Aesthetics and more.

We are seeking a highly motivated Compounding Pharmacy Technician ($19.75/hr.) to join our team in Tampa, FL in a Batch Reconciler role. Shift is M-F either 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, or 9:00 AM-5:30PM.

• Collect compounded batches from various areas and bring to the designated area.
• Evaluate batch record for accuracy and completeness.
• Collect appropriate number of units from each batch and prepare units to send for testing, including filling out necessary forms to send units as needed.
• Match batch record with appropriate testing results for the designated pharmacist to evaluate.
• Perform filter integrity testing and document results as needed.
• Confirm physical inventory versus inventory documented on batch record.
• Perform or assign particle checking of compounded batches as needed.
• Perform or assign label printing of compounded batches as needed.
• Perform or assign labeling of compounded batches as needed.
• Completes orientation, training, and competency evaluation.
• Complete ongoing training as required.
• Follow all Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instruction required by Anazao Health.
• Ensure security of Protected Health Information as per HIPAA requirements.
• Assist in properly storing incoming supplies and drug.
• Count stock to maintain accurate inventory records.
• Assist pharmacist to prepare and dispense prescriptions when assigned.
• Log tasks in Simplifi when appropriate.
• Check BUDs and expiration dates as directed.

• Strong communication skills

• Be able to add, subtract, multiply and divide all units of measure including whole numbers, common fractions and decimals
• Be able to work quickly and efficiently in a fast‑paced work environment

• Must have an active/current Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT)
• Able to work Shift M-F either 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, or 9:00 AM-5:30PM
• Must have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Must be computer literate
• Ability to regularly stand and walk for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds
