Collaborate dynamically with OTs, PTs, STs, medical practitioners, and nursing staff to ensure holistic and comprehensive care - Teach Patients and Caregivers:
Guide patients and their families on therapeutic techniques to support continuous improvement at home - Track and Document Progress:
Monitor clinical outcomes and adapt treatment plans as necessary to ensure patients remain on track toward their goals
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Continued learning and advanced certifications are encouraged and financially supported
- Current and valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
- NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory
