Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical and cognitive abilities to identify areas of improvement
- Develop and implement customized treatment plans to achieve patient goals
- Provide hands‑on therapy sessions, including exercises, activities, and interventions to promote strength, flexibility, and range of motion
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure patient‑centered care and optimal outcomes
- Document patient progress, treatment plans, and recommendations for continued care
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records as required by law and company policy
- Participate in staff development and continuing education initiatives to stay current with best practices and evidence‑based interventions
- Current Florida OT licensure
