As a Clinical Laboratory Scientist I - Flow Cytometry
, you will perform diagnostic testing to ensure accurate, reliable, and timely laboratory results. You will carry out quality control procedures, prepare reagents, maintain equipment, oversee moderate to high‑complexity testing, and support efficient lab operations in accordance with Bay Care’s standards and regulatory requirements.

• Perform all diagnostic testing and quality control procedures
• Prepare reagents and report results per established policies and procedures
• Review and oversee moderate to high‑complexity testing
• Monitor and maintain laboratory computer applications
• Maintain laboratory equipment, instrumentation, and supplies
• Follow all regulatory guidelines and comply with quality standards
• Support daily workflow and assist with operational needs
• Perform other duties as assigned

Required: State of Florida Clinical Laboratory Technologist License

Required: Associate’s degree in Medical Technology or related field

Preferred: Bachelor's degree in a related field

Required: Clinical laboratory experience

Specialization: Minimum 4 months of experience

Preferred: Flow Cytometry experience
