• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment.
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care settings is required.
• Proficiency in PCC/Net Health is required.
