Position Details- Facility: St. Joseph's Hospital
- Location: Tampa, FL
- Status: Full time, exempt
- Shift: 2:30PM - 11:00PM
- Weekend Work: Every 3rd
- On Call: No

- The clinical pharmacist shall support the mission of the hospital and pharmacy department by preventing, identifying and resolving drug related problems to assure patient safety improve patient satisfaction and minimize costs.
- Required: Pharmacist - State of FL
- Preferred: ASHP (Pharmacist)
- Required: Bachelor's Degree;
Pharm
D preferred - Preferred: Acute care
