The RoleThe Nutrition Coordinator / Lead Nutrition Coach serves as the central nutrition authority across all Age Rejuvenation clinics. This is a highly visible, system-wide role responsible for delivering high-impact nutrition coaching while establishing consistent, science-based nutrition standards that support GLP-1 therapy, hormone optimization, metabolic health, and longevity programs.
This role blends clinical expertise, patient coaching, operational leadership, and a strong retention mindset. Nutrition at Age Rejuvenation is not just education—it is outcomes, adherence, and long-term success.
What You’ll Do Patient Care & Nutrition Coaching- Provide virtual and in-clinic nutrition consultations across all clinics
- Develop personalized nutrition strategies aligned with GLP-1 therapies (Semaglutide, Tirzepatide, etc.)
- Align with hormone optimization programs
- Support weight loss, body composition, and longevity goals
- Educate patients on protein optimization and muscle preservation
- Educate patients on blood sugar regulation and metabolic flexibility
- Educate patients on appetite management and long-term sustainability
- Address common GLP-1 challenges including nausea and appetite suppression, nutrient deficiencies, lean mass loss
- Monitor progress, compliance, and outcomes; adjust plans as needed
- Partner closely with Providers, APRNs, and medical leadership
- Integrate nutrition strategies with hormone therapy (HRT/BHRT), thyroid and adrenal considerations, mitochondrial and peptide support strategies
- Support advanced offerings such as longevity and vitality protocols, metabolic reset programs, high-performance weight loss tiers
- Serve as the nutrition standard-setter across all locations
- Ensure consistency in patient education and coaching protocols, messaging, expectations, and outcomes
- Train and support front-line staff on nutrition fundamentals
- Assist in developing SOPs, patient handouts, and educational materials
- Maintain a strong sales-aware mindset—nutrition drives retention and results
- Reinforce program value and continuity, long-term lifestyle adoption
- Support Care Advisors and Providers with integrated program closes, reduced cancellations and drop-offs, increased patient lifetime value
- Identify opportunities for add‑on services, extended programs, advanced metabolic testing
- Document accurately and compliantly within EMR systems
- Utilize Salesforce (or quickly learn) for patient tracking and follow-ups, task management and outcomes reporting
- Confident with virtual platforms (Zoom, telehealth tools, CRM dashboards)
- Bachelor’s degree required (Nutrition, Dietetics, Health Sciences, Exercise Physiology, Biology, or related field)
- Advanced certifications strongly preferred: RD, CNC, CCN, IFN, Precision Nutrition, or similar
- 3–5+ years in nutrition coaching, metabolic health, medical wellness, or functional medicine
- Experience in a clinical or medical environment (weight loss, hormone, or wellness practice)
- Hands‑on experience supporting patients on GLP‑1 medications
