Innov Age Driver – Participant Care provides transportation for frail and elderly participants from homes to Day Centers and appointments, including field trips as part of the activities program. They also deliver in-home meals and pick up supplies and medications, performing pre/post trip inspections.
Physical attendance at Innov Age facilities or participant homes is essential. The role follows a Monday–Friday schedule with some Saturdays and holidays on a rotating basis, serving Florida centers
