We are seeking an experienced Travel Cath Lab Technologist with extensive direct pediatric Cath Lab experience to join a high-acuity hospital team.

• Minimum 2 years of consecutive, direct pediatric experience
• Candidates must have extensive Pediatric Cath Lab experience
• Experience primarily treating adults with only occasional pediatric patients does NOT meet the requirement
• Pediatric congenital cardiac patient experience is required
• First-time travelers are NOT accepted
• Travel experience is required

• Minimum 2 years consecutive pediatric Cath Lab experience
• Extensive direct Pediatric Cath Lab experience
• Travel experience required
• Community hospital experience preferred
• Level I Trauma experience preferred
• ACLS
• BLS
• CCI RCIS
• Active Florida or Compact license required at submission

Experience with:

• Pediatric Cath Lab procedures
• Pediatric congenital cardiac patients
• Left and right heart catheterization
• Percutaneous Coronary Intervention (PCI)
• PTCA
• Cardiac stent placement
• Room circulation
• Scrubbing and maintaining a sterile field
• Accurate hemodynamic monitoring
• EKG lead placement
• Rotablator atherectomy
• Thrombolysis / thrombectomy
• Impella insertion
• Inferior Vena Cava (IVC) filter placement

• TAVR
• Mitral clips
• ASD closures
• PFO procedures
• IVUS
• Atherectomy
• CSI
• Penumbra
• Peripheral procedures
• Strong structural heart background
• Xper Hemodynamic Monitoring System
• ECMO

Strong structural heart experience, including TAVR, mitral clips, ASD and PFO procedures, is required/preferred based on assignment needs.
