We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our dynamic Inpatient Rehabilitation team. As a PTA at Blue Palms Health and Rehabilitation Center at Fletcher, you will have the opportunity to work alongside a talented group of healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient care and make a meaningful impact in the lives of our patients.
Responsibilities- Assist and support the physical therapists in the delivery of high-quality patient care
- Conduct patient evaluations and treat patients under the direction of the physical therapists
- Implement and modify treatment plans to meet the individual needs of each patient
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients and staff
As a PTA at Blue Palms Health and Rehabilitation Center at Fletcher, you will be part of a comprehensive rehabilitation program that focuses on helping patients achieve their goals and regain independence. Requirements- Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree in Physical Therapist Assistant or related field
- Current Physical Therapist Assistant license in the state of Florida
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
