Dining Room Supervisor

Discovery Senior Living -  -  - Responsibilities:
Assist the Director of Culinary Services by overseeing the operations of the dining room, including supervision and assistance of dining services' Team Members;
Maintain a customer focused attitude during meal times, manage traffic flow, and ensure resident needs are met;
Prepare schedules and assign tasks to wait staff, including table assignments and closing duties;
Ensure standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and proper attire are maintained in the dining room;
Monitor and evaluate food quality, service timing, and resident satisfaction
