The beautiful Hilton Tampa Downtown is a 520‑room property just two blocks from the Riverwalk and half a mile from Amalie Arena and the Tampa Convention Center. The University of Tampa campus is just half a mile away.
In this position, you will report to an assistant director of food and beverage, as well as a complex director of food and beverage. You will oversee the evening/PM food and beverage operations in the Che Vita, Starbucks, In‑Room Dining and Pool Bar (seasonally) outlets.
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of two years restaurant or food and beverage manager experience. Previous multi‑outlet/hotel food and beverage leadership experience is an asset.

ResponsibilitiesAs a Food & Beverage Manager you would be responsible for directing and organizing the activities of the Food & Beverage departments to maintain the high standards of food and beverage quality, service and marketing to maximize profits through outstanding customer service.

Plans and directs the functions of administration and planning of the Food & Beverage department to meet the daily needs of the operation.
Implements effective controls of food, beverage and labor costs.
Ensures compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards.
Helps ensure high standards of food and beverage quality, service and marketing to maximize profits and ensure outstanding customer service.
Interviews, trains, supervises, counsels, schedules and evaluates staff.
