Supervisor, Ambassador Services

$19 per hour

• supervise daily wardrobe operations including uniform distribution, , and ambassador support programs.
• manage budgets, inventory, and vendor relationships
• operate register for monetary transactions and follow handling procedures defined by the cash handling policies
• hemming pants, sewing patches on shirts, alterations as needed
• laundry to include operation of washers and dryers (linen, rags, uniforms, etc.)
• administer wardrobe guidelines with current and new ambassadors
• maintain daily paperwork and ambassador files
• interact with guest by greeting them and providing excellent service in an efficient and courteous manner
• work in a team environment and interact with others in a professional manner
• lead, coach, and develop the ambassador services team, including interviewing, onboarding, and training new hires, while fostering accountability and engagement.
• maintain positive working relationships with ambassadors and leadership across all park departments.
• perform other duties as assigned based on business needs

• at least 18 years of age
• sewing experience preferred
• proficient in computer software and applications (microsoft office)
• strong communication, leadership, and customer service skills.
• ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
• ability to work in a team-oriented environment
• detail-oriented and self-motivated
• demonstrate excellent knowledge and role model of sea safety, guest service, cleanliness, attendance and wardrobe standards.
• learn and effectively use point of sale systems (payment system)
• good organizational and writing skills
• flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights and weekends when needed.
• ability to work indoors/outdoors in varying conditions and perform physical tasks (walking, bending, lifting, cleaning).
