Legends - - Responsibilities:
Oversee multiple concession locations during events;
Lead, coach, train and support team members to ensure processes and procedures are followed and legends guest service is provided;
Conduct pre-shift meetings to provide event knowledge and timing details;
Ensure proper staffing levels, follow menu recipes, and maintain efficient, clean, and safe operations;
Monitor inventory levels pre, during, and post event to prevent stockouts
