What you will have an opportunity to do:

The Restaurant General Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, operations, financial performance, and guest experience of The Dan, Cass Street Coffee and breakfast at Hotel Flor. This role sets the tone for the restaurant’s culture and service standards while ensuring a consistently exceptional dining experience for hotel guests, local guests, and special events.

The ideal candidate is a highly visible, hands-on hospitality leader with a passion for food, beverage, service, and people.
