Lobby Attendant – Housekeeping

As a Lobby Attendant, you will maintain the cleanliness of public areas, support room attendants, and create a welcoming environment for guests.

• Engage with guests to ensure their stay is going well.
• Work with the team to maintain resort/hotel cleanliness.
• Walk assigned floors at the beginning and end of each shift to collect bags, trash, and soiled linen.
• Pickup clean linen and refill the par stock of linen on each floor pantry.
• Ensure cleanliness of all public areas, including bathrooms, lounge areas, and hallways.
• Assist room attendants with heavy lifting during super cleaning or spring cleaning of rooms.
• Clean all public areas according to department standard operating procedures.
• Remove soiled linen and trash from service areas and transport them to appropriate locations.
• Always respond to guests and team members in a friendly, helpful manner.

• Housekeeping experience desirable.
• Neat, pleasant personality.
• Time‑management skills.
• Ability to work on feet for an extended period.
• Effective communication skills.
• Physical ability to move, traverse, and position self to reach corners and high places.
• Ability to operate equipment such as spray bottles, vacuums, mops, brooms, dust pans, scrub pads, and dusters.
• Lift, carry, and position loads of at least 25lb.

$15.00 per hour.
