We are looking for friendly, dependable, and service-minded Seasonal Banquet Servers to join our team and help create exceptional experiences for members and their guests.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants flexible seasonal work in a beautiful hospitality setting. You’ll support a variety of events, including private parties, weddings, member functions, golf tournaments, holiday celebrations, and special events.

What You’ll Do

• Set up banquet rooms and event spaces according to event specifications.
• Arrange tables, chairs, linens, place settings, buffet stations, and service equipment.
• Welcome members and guests with a warm, professional attitude.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently and courteously.
• Learn and follow banquet menus, beverage offerings, and event timelines.
• Anticipate guest needs and provide attentive, personalized service.
• Clear and reset tables and replenish beverages throughout events.
• Assist with buffet setup, replenishment, and breakdown.
• Work closely with banquet captains, supervisors, culinary staff, and other team members.
• Maintain clean and organized banquet rooms, service stations, and storage areas.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service requirements.
• Assist with event breakdown, cleaning, equipment storage, and room resets.
• Perform other duties as needed to support successful events.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in banquets, restaurants, hotels, country clubs, or hospitality is preferred but not required
  .
• Previous bartending or beverage service experience is a plus.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• A positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to remain organized and composed in a busy event environment.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Dependable, punctual, and flexible.
• Comfortable working with members and guests in a professional setting.

Schedule

This is a seasonal position with hours based on the club's event schedule and business needs.

Must be available to work:

• Evenings
• Weekends
• Holidays
• Varying hours based on scheduled events

This position can be a great fit for candidates looking for seasonal, part-time, or supplemental hospitality work.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Frequently lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
• Occasionally lift up to 50 pounds with assistance.
• Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and carry trays, dishes, and banquet equipment.
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors depending on the event.
