The Talent Sourcing Specialist will be an integral part of the HR team, reporting to the Talent Manager and working closely with the SVP‑HR and other HR members. Responsibilities include sourcing and recruiting top talent across all levels of the organization, building pipelines, engaging passive candidates, and establishing relationships with universities and community partners. The role supports hiring in the U.S., South America, and the Caribbean and operates on a hybrid schedule Tuesday‑Thursday from the Tampa Corporate office.
Responsibilities- Pre‑screen, assess, interview, and coach hiring managers on all aspects of Talent Acquisition while ensuring integrity in the recruitment process.
- Partner with HR to drive the talent acquisition lifecycle from workforce planning to onboarding.
- Develop strong, collaborative relationships with HR and business leaders to implement effective hiring strategies.
- Lead intake meetings with hiring managers and senior leadership to define staffing requirements.
- Strategically deliver creative sourcing strategies for open requisitions and future needs.
- Coach hiring managers through the hiring process, aligning expectations and championing best practices.
- Provide hiring recommendations based on expertise in assigned functional areas.
- Support operations leaders by providing market data, developing local sourcing strategies, and piloting new recruiting ideas.
- Act as the sourcing and selection process expert for hiring store management.
- Understand staffing requirements for permanent and temporary placements and collaborate on action plans.
- Embed continuous improvement and deliver process enhancements.
- Leverage talent attraction skills to develop sourcing and attraction recommendations.
- Communicate proactively with stakeholders and provide weekly updates.
- Identify gaps in recruiting outreach and build tools/training to address them.
- Embed the employment brand, vision, and mission into the TA recruitment process.
- Maintain a dedicated focus on providing a great candidate experience while continually improving processes.
- Assist with scheduling interviews and completing pre‑employment background checks.
- Travel may be required to Texas, the Caribbean, or South America.
- 3+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience, including building robust talent pipelines through passive candidate sourcing.
- Proven organizational skills and the ability to multitask across many responsibilities.
- Flexibility and willingness to embrace change in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, effective across all organizational levels and via email, text, and phone.
- Ability to work with individuals from varying cultures and languages in a global organization.
- Self‑motivated and able to self‑direct daily work to meet goals and deadlines.
- Prefer experience with talent sourcing software, ATS, social media, and other advertising partners.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, PowerPoint, Calendar, Word, Excel).
- Working knowledge of project execution to exceed hiring target dates.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, communication, marketing, business, or related field (strongly preferred).
- Previous experience establishing relationships with colleges and universities.
